Once you have subscribed to one of our three tiers, you can begin submitting design requests. Our design team will begin working on each request, and submitting each round to you for review and approval. Once a design request is approved and completed, you may submit your next request at any time. Each design request will be completed within 2-3 business days, depending on the tier subscribed.

You will have access to a dedicated shared drive to all your design assets, where you can view and download your files whenever or wherever you want. All requests and conversations will be done through email in order to streamline all communications with our design team, while avoid any additional confusing platforms or applications!

With our Emerging tier, only one design task can be submitted at a time. For our Entrepreneur and Business tiers, two and three design requests can be submitted at a time, respectively.

Design revisions can be as simple as swapping colors around, to as complex as a total redesign. Our design team is passionate and invested in your brand’s success, and we are strongly commitment to delivering designs that you are satisfied with.

Depending on the design request, we use the following applications: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign. For deliverables like tech packs, we will submit assets to you in PDF. and Excel formats for you to use, edit, and submit to your preferred manufacturer.

Yes! All designs and design files are your intellectual property. We will not share or reuse your unique designs without permission.

Unfortunately, any unused design requests for the month do not carryover to the following month.
