1. Development Kick-Off Session
A kick-off meeting will go over the below process & product development strategy in detail and what to expect throughout the way.
2. Development Technical Package Per Style
A tech pack will be created per style and updated throughout after each fitting.
3. Design-To-Development Hand-Off
Tech packs and final sketches will be handed over! From Design to Development.
4. First Patterns, Sample Development, and Fitting
Pattern makers and the development team will create the first patterns and samples. Samples will be shipped to you where you can review all details and fit. A fitting session will be scheduled once you receive the samples.
5. Second Patterns, Sample Development, and Fitting
Notes and adjustments from the first fitting will be corrected on the patterns. A second fit sample will be created and shipped to you for a second fitting.
6. Final Production-Ready Patterns and Sample
Minor notes and adjustments from the second fitting will be corrected on the patterns. A final sample will be created and shipped to you. Production-ready patterns are set aside should you choose to proceed into production.

Our sample development service involves creating high-quality, detailed samples that closely match the final product. With our sample development service you will receive three samples — two fit samples and one final sample per design. You will also have two rounds of fittings with our pattern maker where they will guide you on how each garment should fit and look on a person. At the end of the sample development process, you will walk away with a fit correct product and production-ready patterns.
The duration of the sample-making process varies based on the complexity of the design and materials used. Typically, it ranges from 8-10 weeks, but we will always provide you weekly updates and full transparency with the status of your project.
